Not loving the look? No problem! You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it.
Returns must reach us no later than 14 working days from the date you receive the item, we will not accept returns after this time has passed.
We ask that items are in their original condition with tags intact. Shoes must be returned in their original box in the condition they were received.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the team to process your return and refund.
Your bank may take 3-5 working days to show the refund in your account.
Please inform us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order.
Postage costs on returning items is not refundable unless the item it faulty upon receiving.
We have a no returns policy on anything handmade to order. Please take this into account before ordering.
We recommend you obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage when returning items to us. 
If you wish to return a Doll, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving. The Doll must be returned to us within 14 days, unused, unopened, in its original condition & packaging. Your return must be in a re-sellable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on dolls that have been opened from their boxes and the battery label removed.
